Technologies at The Reinert Center for Teaching Excellence
The Center offers a variety of opportunities for teachers
to explore learning technologies. Guided by faculty interests
and identified needs in the area of technology integration,
the types of activities offered include:

Informal sessions that enable faculty members to share
experiences and expertise in using technology in teaching

Programs designed to introduce technology for teaching
-
Department-specific technology integration workshops
-
Consultations with faculty members individually or in
groups to explore ways to integrate technology into specific
courses or content areas.
Instructional
Design for Online Learning
The Center offers several venues to support instructors
interested in exploring teaching in the online environment.
The Center's committee on online pedagogy is comprised of
faculty and staff experienced in developing online courses
and programs. The committee sponsors brown bags, seminars
and workshops throughout the semester, including seminars
offered totally online. Center staff is available to offer
departmental consultation and provide individual assistance
